Dsyre is comfortably a top 5 team in eu's tier2, with easily the best coach outside of tier 1.
unfortunately riot despises fair competition and will collapse the tier 2 structure of Italy and Portugal next year,
TH will buy Dsyre's team and form an academy team, which will most likely be based in Spain and have an easier ascension path than they would out of Italy,
this seemingly means the players will be able to keep showcasing their talents, also under a big team's banner,
TH gets a very good academy team that can, if handled well, easily feed their first team
works for both parties, just makes too much sense
